Baking Chocolate chip cookies with Carmen

This is a random fact of Samuel

I'm taking Hospitality Management
which includes F&B

i love baking and cooking
but i am blardy lazy to do it outside the college

so this was a random thing that came up
I headed over to Carmen's house
and we decided to bake Chocolate Chip Cookies =)
since we both had nothing else to do

so so so
the ingredients for my recipe were

Chocolate Chips (250g)
Self raising flour (500g)
Butter (250g)
White Sugar (150g)
Brown Sugar (150g)
salt (1 teaspoon)
cinnamon powder (1 pinch)
cocoa powder (30g)
vanilla essence (2 teaspoons)
2 eggs

well i didn't photograph the process of mixing this whole thing
so basically i'll just explain the few steps on making Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees and lightly greese baking trays with oil
2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon powder (mix it all together)
3. Use a mixer...cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Add in the eggs slowly
4. Mix the sifted ingredients in (slowly) and add in the chocolate chips at the end
5. Create small round balls with the mixture and place it on the baking tray
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes

so yeah thats my recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies
so well this are the photos on how its done
(after all da mixing)
Create them into balls...probably about 1.5cm-2cm in diameter
Carmen's choco balls..and My balls hahaa=.="
Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes
Taddahh....chocolate chip cookies

Carmen packin the cookies cos she has small hands =)

pack the cookies only once they are cool
If you pack it when its hot...
lotsa water vapor will come out
hence: cookies wont be crunchy anymore
Tadaah..cookies enough for 2 1/2 containers
and my last picture
Me and Carmen =)

Go ahead and try baking! =)
it soothes the broken heart hahaaa
Happy baking everyone =)
